Box/Case
- Count the boxes either on the shelves in designated locations or freely in areas around the coffee shop, like where extra boxes are stacked.
- Store boxes with the label, UPC, Product name or SKU number facing outward.
Only store items in full cases. Once a case is opened, all items must be removed and stored as individual eaches.
Individual products on Shelves (Eaches)
- Only one SKU per row.
- Store items upright with the labels facing forward in rows.
- All items must be pushed to the back of their storage location.
- Open individual products, aka Eaches, will be counted as full.
Do not store eaches in front of full cases
