AI Predictions aka “Floating Red Boxes”
The floating red boxes appear when the Show AI Predictions feature is enabled in the app. These red boxes and accompanying text display the computer vision model’s predicted identification for each detected product.
This feature is intended for troubleshooting purposes only and should be turned off during normal operation.
To disable AI Predictions:

Enter Scan Mode.

Tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.

When the settings menu appears, tap “Show AI Predictions” to toggle the feature off.
Disabling this setting will remove the floating red boxes from the display.
